Sibusiso Mhlanga was a backyard mechanic in Swaziland who had the opportunity to learn to blow glass in Sweden under the guidance of a Swedish Aid Company in 1979. He has since gone on to train the entire workforce of over 60 people at Ngwenya Glass in the Kingdom of Swaziland. Today 100% of the glass used is recycled, much of it from soft drink bottles collected from all over Swaziland. Ngwenya Glass works with it's local community to instill a sense of environmental awareness and assists in the construction of schools and other community projects.
